At Candy Claws, we want you to be obsessed with your new look. If your press-on nails aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your Candy Claws products are in their original, unopened packaging with all adhesive tabs and application tools included.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your full refund to your original payment method or ship out your new favorite set within 5 business days.
